According to collective estimates by human rights organizations, more than a thousand people in Russia are currently being prosecuted for political reasons. Hundreds of them are already behind bars — some in prison and others in jail, still awaiting trial. Some are under house arrest, and others have been sent for compulsory psychiatric treatment.
Unfortunately, it’s too dangerous for people living in Russia to join the marathon. That’s why we’re turning to the rest of the world. You can help.

I need help, but how can I get it?
Please review our application evaluation criteria. If your case is applicable, contact us via [email protected] or submit a form. We will respond within 30 working days.
Is this safe?
It’s up to you to decide. It’s extremely unlikely that anyone would find out about your donation, but it’s nevertheless important to be cautious. Additionally, if you travel to Russia, we urge you to delete any foreign banking apps from your mobile devices before beginning your trip.
What if my email or card data leaks?
We don’t store any of your personal data. Your payment information is stored in the payment system’s database, which has repeatedly proven its reliability.
How do I cancel a recurring monthly donation?
Payments set up through PayPal can be canceled at any time through PayPal. For other donations, just contact us at [email protected].
Where can I find reports documenting the assistance provided through this project?
For safety reasons, we won’t send information about the marathon to your email. Instead, we will publish the reports here on this website. If you have any questions, please write to us at [email protected].
